We work our shipping cost based on weight and size of product/s. to get an estimate shipping cost please add product to cart, then go to check out where you will see the cost of shipping in the basket.

Return for Replacement or Refund:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, we are happy to offer you unconditional refund or exchange (within 14 days) provided that the goods have not been used, are returned in the GOOD condition and packaging wrapped securely in case of damage during transit. Email us or call our local correspondent at +44 7440 596992 and discuss your problem. After confirming with us, sign into your account fill in an online return form before returning the item to us.

Any goods received without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Number may be rejected or your refund/exchange delayed for up to 30 days

Procedure for return or refund:

  • Sign into your account on our website, click “orders” on the left left menu bar,  next to the orders record there is a “Request a Return” Button, Click button to fill form to creat a RMA.
  • you will then be provided with a return address with submit button to submit your request.
  • In case of manufacturing defect or damaged during transit, send us photos via email before filling in form or sending back.
  • wrap the return item/s in a secure package (or original package) or wrapper and put a return address on the package, Order delivery from a courier (suggest myhermes.co.uk) OR go to the post office to send and always ask for a prove of posting. (no recorded delivery please!)
  • As soon as we receive the returned items and check and confirm it is there is no damages caused after delivery to our customers. we will make a full refund or replacment.
  • Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping costs and We will only refund the postage cost if it is the wrong items or has manufacturing defects.

Product Guarantee 
Due to the nature of the products we sell and the way they are used, they are prone to banging, bashing and scratching thus causing damages to the products quite easily and quickly after sales. we therefore only gurantee our products for return and/or replacement (it must be in good condition and no damages have been caused and in original or good solid packaging) on following terms;

  • within 14 days – without charges.
  • over 14 days and under 3 months – a restocking charge of 25% the value of returning products.
  • over 3 months – a restocking charge of 75% the value of returning products.
  • over 6 months – not accepted.

For claims of manufacturing defect or damaged during transit, All claims of this nature will be checked and examine by our experts team to ensure it is a manufacturing defect before the claim is accepted and/or refund is made. customers must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products damages caused during transit, Or within 15 days for claims on manufacturer’s defect. After these period return admin charges will apply and refund will be discretional based on the condition of the products.

why not take photos and email to us before filling in the form and we may be able to resolve the situation without using the form.

All claims have 7 days return period, after that it is discretional and based on circumstance / nature of the claim.

Unless the the return item is damaged when delivered or delivered with manufacturing defects, postage costs will not be refunded.

Returning Item for Exchange or Refund

It is the customers’ responsibility and at their own cost (whether for exchange or refund) to send return package/s by following options;

  1. Royal Mail – first class for big letter size items.
  2. Royal Mail – 2nd classfor small packet (NOT special or recorded delivery).
  3. Courier service – for anything bigger (suggestion Myhermes.co.uk) to us.

Using other posting methods without prior consultation with us may result in customers paying the extra cost incurred for not using the royal mail. please obtain a proof of postage in case it gets lost you can then claim from the post office.

Customers from outside the UK to Return or replacment , please contact us via email before filling in the online return form or send out the items. we will not be responsible for any postage or shipping cost for returns from outside the UK without prior agreementwith us.

We will only refund any extra postage incurred for returns or replacements after items are inspected by our engineers and confirmed to be defect or damaged due to manufacturing defect. 

In case of any problem arises during order, delivery or refund process, whether it is our faults or the customers, please contact us before taking any action.Any extra costs or fees customer incurred unilaterally without our agreement will not be honoured or refunded by us.

Tai Chi Link(CHN) will not be responsible for collecting exchange or return items from customers. Please obtain a “certificate of posting” from your local Post Office.

Unless the items you are returning are faulty, due for example, to a fault in manufacturing process or damage in transit, we are regrettably unable to refund postage and packing charges (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, the charge incurred by us in sending you the original item and forming part of the cost of the item).

In the case of exchanges (of an item that is not faulty) for an equivalent item (eg. of a different size or colour) you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. To exchange goods purchased for different items, you will also need to send payment for the additional postage costs incurred by us in sending the replacement items to you and differences in prices.

We only offer our customers the best quality products and we tested them all personally before sending to the couriers. However, we appreciate that occasionally things can go wrong. Customer cost for sending the item/s back for exchange or refund will only be reimbursed if the item was delivered damaged or received with manufacturing defects.

Cost of item/s sent back will only be refunded when it is returned in the same package, in a good condition and has not been used or damaged. It is also subject to inspection of our engineers.
