Wu-style body-strengthening sword includes 25 forms. It was compiled by the Wu-style Taijiquan masters on the basis of Wu-style Taijiquan and Wu-style Taiji weapons such as Taiji sabre (or Chinese broadsword) and sword. When practising it requires the sword to go with or integrate with body, also use of sword-fingers. Once you matered Wu-style Taiji Quan forms and the hands hitting techniques, you will learn and perform Wu-style Taiji sword easy and better.
