Itinerary

Day 1 –
Depart for China

Day 2 – (meals not included) Beijing
Arrive at Beijing, the Capital of China, a city full of culture and history. Check into hotel. Free day to relax and recoup.

Day 3 – B, L,  (D not included) Beijing
(8.30am – 12pm) fantastic Tai Chi and Push hand training with famous Tai Chi master, Liu Qing Zhou and possibly Professor Li Deyin. (2pm – 5.30pm) Health Qigong / Daoyin Yang Sheng Gong.

Day 4 - B, L, (D not included) Beijing
Visit the Great Wall, the only iconic landmark seen from Space. Optional Kung Fu Show (£35)

Day 5 - B, L, (D not included) Beijing à Zhang Jia Jie,
Morning (8.30 – 9.30am) Tai Chi Qigong practice Check out hotel. Visit the Summer Palace, one of the most beautiful royal Garden in the world. Catch late afternoon flight to Zhang Jia Jie National Forest Park.

Day 6 – B, L, D
Tai Chi Qigong practice (8am – 9.30am). Visit Yuan Jia Jie, see some of the most incredible landscape that inspired the floating mountains in the film “Avatar”.

Day 7 – B, L, (D not included) Feng Huang Ancient Town
Check out of hotel (8.30am) and travel (3.5hrs) to one of China most beautiful ancient town -Phoenix Ancient Town. Free afternoon to explore this beautiful old town and local ethnic minority.

Day 8 – B, L, (D not included) Feng Huang Ancient Town Tai Chi Qigong practice (8.30am – 10.30am). Visit a Miao Village, ethnic group with unique culture and customs. Return to Zhang Jia Jie.

Day 9 – B, D, (L not included) Zhang Jia Jie - Yangtse Cruise
Tai Chi Qigong practice (8.30 - 10am).  Check out hotel and coach to Yi Chang for Yangtse Cruise. Click to view our previous cruise photos

Day 10 – B, L, D Yangtse Cruise
Tai Chi Qigong practice
(6.30-7.30am) Visit the Three-Gorge Dam (2 hours). back on the ship to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery on board. More early evening Tai Chi practice.

Day 11 – B, L, D Yangtse Cruise
Tai Chi Qigong practice
(6.30-7.30am) Visit Shennoxi canyon (4-5hrs) Special wooden boat trip to enjoy the beautiful scenery in close distance.

Optional (£30 approx.) land excursion either in the morning or afternoon. Or Tai Chi Qigong practice on the top deck

Day 12 – B, L, D  Yangtse Cruise
Tai Chi Qigong practice (6.30-7.30am) Visit Shi Bao Zhai Culture village. Optional (£30 approx.) extra land excursion either in the morning or afternoon. Or Tai Chi Qigong practice (self-practice)

Relax and enjoy breath-taking view of one of the most beautiful rivers in the world. Tai Chi Qigong practice (2hrs)

“Captain’s farewell dinner” in the evening.

Day 13 – B, L, (D not included) Cheng Du
Disembark at Chong Qing around 9.30am. Carry on our journey by high speed train (2.5hrs) to Cheng Du, capital of Sichuan Province. Free afternoon to relax and recoup.

Day 14 – B, L, D Cheng Du
Tai Chi Qigong practice (8am – 10.30am) in the park Visit the Panda Conservation Base to see how these unique animals are looked after and bred.

Day 15 –
Depart for home.

The itinerary is subject to change due to un-anticipated circumstances. In the unlikely event, when a sight, activity, teacher or training is not available, we will substitute it with suitable alternatives without prior notice. Please also be aware that Train/flights and other transports also subject to change without prior notice.

Note: Please schedule one/two day at both ends of the trip in your holiday plan in case we have to change flight dates and time.

Enthusiasts from Europe & worldwide are welcome to join us, you just arrange your flights and we will arrange to meet you at Beijing International Airport.
